Curtis Hawkins was born and raised in the Snead community of Blount County.
     He has been a member of Bethel Baptist Church since 1995 and has served as a deacon since 2005.   He is presently the youth minister and previously served as Youth Director here at Bethel in 1998-99.
     Curtis has an Associates Degree in History Education.  He and his wife, Dana, have a daughter Kasey, and a son Brandon.
